Russell is a senior executive with extensive experience in Leadership, Sales & Marketing, Innovation and Supply Chain within the Agribusiness and Food Industries, both in Australia and Internationally. 

His exceptional strategic and operational skills are supported by a sound understanding of the Australian, New Zealand, European and Asian markets, the ability to negotiate and secure equitable and commercially beneficial long-term contracts, an ability to effect positive step changes on EBIT and a reputation for building cohesive and effective teams.  With a passion for wanting to make a difference and develop people.  Through coaching and mentoring, Russell engages with others and inspires them to bring out their best by supporting them to identify clear actions to achieve their individual and team goals.
